Training-of-Trainers Course

The Training-of-Trainers (ToT) course is designed to prepare instructors from Central Asia and Afghanistan to deliver Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Explosive Hazards Awareness and Reduction Courses on a national and international level. The ToT is intended to equip prospective instructors with the understanding of specific training methods and methodologies for training adults as well as how to design, deliver, evaluate and follow-up training event.

TOT/EOD level 1 remote course for REHTC Officers.

The ICExH project has completed its distance learning course on TOT/EOD lev1 conducted by the REHTC Officers in Chimteppa during the outbreak.

This course was not initially planned as a self-education programme, but project`s National training officers continuied the capacity building of the REHTC instructors and fully covered all the materails with practical classes during the period April-May 2020 remotely.


Capacity building trainings for the REHTC staff of MoD RT

On 13 January 2020, the project initiated a series of capacity building trainings for the staff of Regional Explosive Hazards Training Centre (REHTC) of Tajikistan’s Ministry of Defence. The trainings are focused on level 1 of explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and conducted by two national training officers. The planned activity is carried out in premises of REHTC.

The training will be conducted until August 2020 and shall cover all aspects of EOD process; in frames of the activity, a separate training for trainers (ToT) course shall be proposed to the course participants.
